Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Convora Labs LLP ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Convora Labs LLP provides technology services including but not limited to:

• Web design and development
• Mobile application development
• AI automation solutions
• Search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement between Convora Labs LLP and the client.

Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
• Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure that any content, materials, or data you provide do not infringe on any third-party rights
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be defined in the individual project agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

• An advance payment may be required before project commencement
• Payments are due within the timeframe specified in the invoice
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Convora Labs LLP retains the right to:

• Use the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or reusable components developed during the project
• Use open-source libraries and third-party tools as part of the project

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Convora Labs LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. In case of termination:

• The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination
• Any advance payments for uncompleted work may be refunded at our discretion
• All client-provided materials will be returned or destroyed upon request

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality work but provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue increases.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Botad, Gujarat, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
